How To Cook Bake Spiced Salt Chicken

1. Prepare The Spiced Salt Seasoning

To make the Spiced Salt spice, you need 2 tablespoon of Salt, 3/4 teaspoon of ground roasted Szechwan Peppercorns, and 1/2 teaspoon of Five-Spice Powder.
Stir-fry the salt in a dry wok for 4 minutes until the color change slightly.
Remove the salt from the wok and add the Szechwan Peppercorns and Five-Spice Powder.
Mix well.

Remove the chicken from the oven.
You may check the chicken by cutting open a piece to check the chicken is cooked.
Place the chicken on a plate or a serving plate.
Remove the pan from the oven and pour the chicken juice in a bowl if any. Remove the oil if desired.
